From I-40 East of Nashville

Asheville, North Carolina, Knoxville, TN

1. You're coming into Nashville from I-40, heading west.
2. Stay on Interstate 40 heading west and follow the signs to Nashville and Memphis.
3. You'll pass the Nashville International Airport (BNA) and Briley Parkway.
4. Exit at Spence Lane (exit 213) Not 213a or 213b!
5. Take a left onto Spence Lane at the end of the exit. At the bottom of the hill, you'll see a stop light, for Murfreesboro Road.
6. Take a right turn here on Murfreesboro Road; you will pass under a bridge.
7. After you pass under the bridge, we'll be the first street on the left.
